I received a prize at the max40 young architects award from the BDA Association of German Architects for the Rising Star School project. This is a prize that is given every 5 years to young architects under 40 years of age.
Ich bekomme für das Projekt Rising Star School einen Preis beim Nachwuchspreis max40 des BDA Bund Deutscher Architektinnen und Architekten. Das ist ein Preis, der alle 5 Jahre an junge Architektinnen und Architekten unter 40 Jahren vergeben wird.
Volunteers of Berlin: Hauptstadtheldin
I was portrayed as hero of the capital city for my voluntary work. “Volunteers of Berlin is a GoVolunteer project that gives the committed people of Berlin a face and a voice.” This is funded by the Berlin Senate.
Ich wurde als Hauptstadtheldin für mein ehrenamtliches Engagement portraitiert. “Volunteers of Berlin ist ein Projekt von GoVolunteer, das den engagierten Menschen Berlins ein Gesicht und eine Stimme gibt.” Gefördert wird dies u.a. durch die Senatskanzlei Berlin.

I am pleased to have received the honorary award Stuttgarter of the Year 2018 for my volunteer work with Engineers Without Borders. The prize is awarded annually to ten outstanding volunteers in Stuttgart.

Scholarship for AtWork by Moleskine Foundation
Kristina Egbers is granted a scholarship to participate at the workshop AtWork conceived by Moleskine Foundation with Simon Njami and conducted by Andrew Tshabangu. The workshop took place in November 2018 at the National Gallery of Harare.
